1.Can or Should I make the Auxiliary Room and Control Room in advance?
An： Yes, you can make these rooms in advance.
2.Please explain in more detail how aeration works in the machine. The sterilizer we are currently using only has the function of removing gas through a vacuum pump. Therefore, ventilation facilities are additionally attached and used under the door of the sterilizer, but it is not complete.
An: It is through the different pressure of the vacuum pump, different balance time way, not to use a lot of energy consumption, and achieve the effect of degassing. This is a process controlled by software to achieve efficient degassing.
Using special process parameters and software control method, it can not only save energy, but also achieve efficient aeration.
Our aeration way is different from your current way.
3.We supply E.O. gas by replacing 30 kg of filled E.O. gas cylinder. How many gas cylinders must be placed on the electric balance to run the 30m3 sterilizer once?
An: one 10m3 ETO sterilizer will use about 6kgs pure EO gas each cycle. Your gas is 20%EO , so you need 90kgs mixed gas. 3 bottles.
4.Does the E.O vaporizer also need a water supply?
An: Yes, the EO vaporizer needs water supply.
5. Is the door sliding sideways? I set the minimum height of the building to 4.9 meters, saying you are sliding upwards. And the quotation 21 page says that 5.5 meters is required. And the layout is drawn in a non-sliding format. Please kindly explain this.
An: The door we quoted for you is revolving door. Revised.
We suggest to be 5.5meters , this is proper for any kind of doors.
After you updated the drawing, the width became larger, so it is not recommended to lift the door. In this way, the cost can be reduced.
Due to space constraints, the revolving door is the best solution, 4.9 meters is to meet the height of the revolving door.
6. The vacuum should reach 90kpa as the standard we are currently using. Mechanically, we want to reach a generously -95kpa~-100kpa.
And the water used in the vacuum is not thrown out immediately, but is circulated several times in a 5 ton water tank. Water must be pumped up to a height of 2 meters to get it into the water tank. We currently use 15HP, 11Kw vacuum pump. I am concerned that the performance of the vacuum pump in your quotation will be weak.
An: When we quote we did not realized you need deep vacuum pumping, so we quoted water-ring pump. To meet this requirement, we need to change to dry pump. The price will be about $13300 higher.
7. The operation system is Windows 7. Can you make it with Windows 10 pro?
An: Yes，our software is developed with Win10. It supports both Win 7and Win10.
8. All indications such as sterilizers, controls, and manuals should be made in English only, excluding any Chinese language. We hope there will be no Chinese text possible in the entire system of sterilizers. Is it possible?
An: No problem. We have English version.
9. I have a photo of the HP printer on the 31p. Is this included in the quote?
An： Yes, it’s includes in the quote.
10. Please also write the external size of the chamber of the sterilizer and the external size of the main control system in the quotation 4-3.
Please specify that the 4-4 revolving door is pneumatic. And please provide a drawing or video of how the pneumatic revolving door works. What is the failure rate, is it open by hand? Does it open with pneumatic pressure?
An: to close or open the pneumatic revolving door, there are two steps. One is to move the door up for a short distance, then to open manually. The first step of moving up is pneumatic. (will show you a video 1). The life of the revolving door is mechanical structure, will be never failure.
11. Can the sterilizer be safely delivered to my factory in Korea without damage to the sterilizer even if it is soft-packed without wood packing?
An: We exported lots of sterilizers, volumes from 1m3 to 75m3. If the sterilizer can enter into containers( 20GP . 40GP ,40HQ) , we normally use soft packing. But if the sterilizers are too big to enter into containers, we will pack with wood(the kind no need to steam). We will be sure to delivery to customer’s factory without damage.
12. Is it standard control system or full automatic system?
An：The control system is standard and it’s full automatic. We only make full automatic system now, no manual any more.
13. Please specify that it is a FOB condition
An: FOB is before the product departs China port, it’s the seller’s responsibility. After departure of China port, it will be the buyer to be responsible for it. That means seller will be responsible for taking product to China port and declare the Custom. The buyer will be responsible for the ocean freight cost and Clear the Custom in their own country.
14. Please specify how many KW of electricity should be prepared for 380V 60hz.
An: It’s 81.35KW
15. Why do you need N2 gas? How much should I prepare?
An: If you need N2 gas or not will be determined by what kind of EO gas you will use. If you use mixed EO gas, and the EO percentage is less than 30%, you don't need to use N2 gas. If the EO gas, you will use is 30% or more, you need N2 gas to clean the O2 gas in the chamber before fill in the EO gas. It’s for safety.
16. Does the machine come with CE marking?
An: some components with CE marking.
17. The technical explanation of the heating mode is not well understood. Can you kindly explain?
An: mean all of the 5 sides can heat. 4 sides of the chamber, and two doors all have water jackets to heat.
18. We use a copper pipe for the part where the e.o gas is in contact. Is the stainless steel stronger than the copper pipe?
An: EO will react with copper material, but will not react with stainless steel. That is why we choose stainless steel instead of copper.
19. I would like to know more about pneumatic sliding. Can I get related materials or videos?
An: Ok will send you a video to show(video 2)
20. Isn't the aluminum silicate fiber used for the insulation layer asbestos?
An: we marked it’s ceramic fiber, which is the same thing as the aluminum silicate fiber.
21. Page 6 Galvanized pipe is used in the water circulation system. Galvanized pipe will rust a lot inside the pipe when used for a long time. Is it possible to change to stainless steel pipe?
An: Sue, it’s better to change to be Stainless steel pipe. The price needs to increase $700.
22. The hook of the door is made of Q235. What does hook mean? Can I get a picture?
An: The hook is just welded on the top of the machine, the purpose is to hang the machine by crane to move it, since it’s too heavy. It’s no need to change to stainless steel.
23. How does the cylinder on the door work? can i see the picture? How about durability? What are the cylinder specifications?
An: This cylinder is used for pneumatic of the door, to move the door up before opening manually. You can see from video 1.
24. Why are there only two temperature sensors installed on the door side?
An: Normally, the cabinet is 50m ³ or bigger, or when the chamber length is more than 10m, we will configure 3 temperature sensors as standard, and others will be equipped with 2 temperature sensors as standard. Do you want to install more tem sensors?
25. Are there two temperature sensors inside the sterilizer?
An: Less than 50m3 sterilizer, and also the length is less than 10m, our standard temp sensor quantity is 2. If you need more please let us know.
26. Can the connecting pipe of the heating system be also changed to stainless steel?
An: Ok , no problem. Price will increase $400.
27. What do you offer as spare parts? In the case of the sterilizer I currently own, the circulation pump often breaks down, so I tend to replace it once every few years. I would like to know which one to mount the circulation pump on. Is it possible to buy and send a circulation pump from my side for convenient replacement of parts in the future or to specify the make and model of the circulation pump? (I think this question may be too much of a request for you.)
